We at TROIKA are young team. We like to educate and above all to be good as the IHK confirms us, time and again. In 2017, we were also honoured by the German Brand Institute for excellent work and handlings of our employees. The good working atmosphere at TROIKA is known nationwide and is also reflected in figures. Around 20% of our employees are trainees. More than half of the team started their career here at TROIKA. And some of them take responsibility today in leadership roles.
